This hotel accommodation is highly recommended for family staycation. The suites room good for family stay cause they have 2 bed room and 3 bed room, dinning room and spacious living room. Highly appreciate for hotel staff super friendly and welcoming. Inclusive breakfast has varied meals chicken porridge and Danish pastry 10 out of 10. Great experiences with El Royal Hotel!

It was quite a shock to find a cockroach in the room. And of course, I immediately called the operator. Then, for some reason, the electricity went out, but there was a circuit breaker in the room, so it could be turned back on to toggle the switch.
Then, during breakfast, they let customers look for available seats for too long, even though they had to ask first. Even though the crew had already seen the gestures of those who were supposed to be looking for seats.

Check-in was smooth, with no deposit required. The room was a bit dusty, and some amenities, like the hairdryer and mini-fridge, weren't working. Breakfast is available for children under 6.

It turns out... it was the right choice to stay at eL Hotel Jakarta
As soon as you enter the lobby, the vibes are immediately comfortable and clean. The staff are also friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping, all are helpful and polite.
I took a Junior Suite room, and when I entered, wow... the room was spacious, the bed was soft, the AC was cold, and most importantly: there was a large window with a view of the city of Jakarta. It's perfect for a little healing while lying down watching TV or having a relaxing coffee.
The breakfast was also great! Many choices of menus from fried rice, bread, porridge, to omelets that you can request directly to the chef. The dining area is also comfortable.
Other facilities? There is a swimming pool, a small gym for those who still want to maintain their body, and the hotel's location is very strategic, close to the city center and malls.
