This hotel accommodation is highly recommended for family staycation. The suites room good for family stay cause they have 2 bed room and 3 bed room, dinning room and spacious living room. Highly appreciate for hotel staff super friendly and welcoming. Inclusive breakfast has varied meals chicken porridge and Danish pastry 10 out of 10. Great experiences with El Royal Hotel!

The shower is lacking. There is no hanger, it is quite high. The door has to be pulled really hard to lock it.

The check-in process took an excruciatingly long time. We were promised keys at 3:00 PM, which was already an hour late from 2:00 PM. But we didn't receive them until 4:00 PM. Without any apology, we had to keep asking questions. The front desk staff were unfriendly.

The breakfast was delicious.
The service was also good.
The location is a bit tucked away, but it's okay. There are lots of Gojek and Maxim drivers ready to pick up and drop off.
Furthermore, the hotel name is the same as my nephew's, so I was happy to receive the hotel name.
