We had a wonderful stay at Episode! The services were absolutely top-notch, but what really stood out to us was how they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We had a special request to create some mirror art for our daughter’s birthday, and the hotel staff took it to heart. They not only listened to our request but also executed it beautifully, making her birthday truly memorable.
Additionally, we would like to mention the amazing woman who worked at the kids' club during our stay (unfortunately, we forgot to ask her name). She provided the best service and truly knew how to connect with and treat our daughter with care and kindness.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service and memorable experiences!

Room is clean and tidy. Love staying here with good food. However, the shampoo has a bad smell and the bottle is broken. Other than that, all is good.

The hotel staff is very friendly, although at the beginning of booking the Customer Service was less helpful when booking a hotel room because the price was different between Traveloka and the hotel, but finally my room was upgraded by the hotel. Thanks Episode ☺️

When I wanted to check in, I made a mistake because I had to go up to the 13th floor. Then, the staff didn't give me clear directions downstairs. As a result, I got lost. Furthermore, the hotel was quiet, so it was a bit creepy because there were no clear directions on each floor. The breakfast was quite good, although there wasn't much variety.
