All the staff are very friendly, when checking in because the rooms booked were full, they immediately helped to set up a large bed, during our 2 night stay, the breakfast menu was quite varied and different every morning and the taste was delicious.

Plus Points: There are many supermarkets around the hotel, many sell food, so you can just walk outside and find food and shop for necessities. There is also Simply Fresh Laundry near the hotel. The staff are all friendly, the swimming pool is medium sized and comfortable for swimming with children. Minuses: Really surprised in the room there were cockroaches from small to large, there were mosquitoes, and there were also big flies. The sheets and bedcover were a bit sandy and stained as if they had not been washed, the towels smelled, the curtains were coming off, wanted to take a shower with warm water but it took a long time to wait for the water to get warm, the elevator made a squeaky squeaky sound and had trouble going up and down the stairs from the 3rd floor, the water tap in the room to rinse the swimming pool was broken. The breakfast menu was not very varied, the menu was the same for 3 days in a row, only the fried rice seasoning was different, it was only 08.15 but many of the menus were already empty, the drinking glasses were also very small. Really below expectations. It should have been much better

When I stayed, the second or third day the lights went out several times in the middle of the night. And also for the soundproofing from the hallway to the room is very small so it can be heard clearly in the room. At that time a group came in the middle of the night but it was very noisy, just wanted to sleep but was very disturbed. So for customers who want to stay but are easily awakened if there is a disturbing sound, this hotel is not recommended for that. But for cleanliness and friendliness of the staff is quite good

The service at Fave Hotel Kusumanegara is amazing. I had so many requests and they were always fulfilled. Thank you to all the staff at Fave Hotel Kusumanegara who were very helpful during my 2-day stay. Next time I go to Jogja, I will stay here because the service is really the best. more attention to the cleanliness of the blanket. maybe it's clean but there's a big stain on the blanket, so it's better not to use it again. For the size in the city of Jogja, increase the double room because it's for a family trip. if it has to be combined, my suggestion is to give a topper for the comfort of the guests. also a sign for make up room req on the door. smile more to the employees besides FO and security. because several times I met other hotel employees there was no greeting. there was a blackout and I was confused but the hotel employees didn't take the initiative to help, at least ask, not to the point where I had to ask the employees. the hotel that clearly exists and saw "up manually using the stairs huh? with a suitcase and that was just answered and immediately left. too bad. but if it's just for a break when going to Jogja, it's worth it.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is clean, the AC is cold without any problems, the water heater is smooth, there is cable TV with many channels. It's just a shame, there is no drinking water heater.

Checked in even though it was already 3 pm but still had to wait for 1 hour, there was no trash can in the room even though I told the housekeeper they didn't come, well it's not bad for this price, it's also close to everywhere, the service needs to be improved again

I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights at fave Kusumanegara Yogyakarta. During my stay, the room was always cleaned. In the morning I checked out of the hotel and when I returned at night, the room was already tidy. Breakfast was quite good but lacked variety and food refills were a bit slow especially when there were many guests.

Good hotel with cheap price, nice.
