the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... I really enjoyed and had good time in this hotel.. thank you very much.. will come back another time maybe..

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at this hotel.
1. Cleanliness was below expectations — even the door to the room was dirty, which immediately gave a poor impression.
2. The room had no window, and there was no prior information about it. It felt cramped and uncomfortable throughout the stay.
3. The towels were faded and not properly clean, far from what you’d expect at this price point.
4. Breakfast was another letdown — limited variety, cold food, and poor presentation. It felt more like an afterthought than a service to enjoy.
5. The parking lot was extremely narrow and difficult to navigate, especially for larger vehicles. It added unnecessary stress to the stay.
6. Overall, I found it overpriced for the quality delivered. With the same budget, there are far better options elsewhere that offer more value and a better guest experience.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Would not recommend unless improvements are made across the board.

The sound from the next room is penetrating, even though the occupants are alay children screaming, very disturbing. There is music from the floor below (or upstairs) with a loud sound, very disturbing so that you can't rest peacefully. In the hallway in front of the room, the sound is also clearly audible. The hallway between the rooms smells bad.

MasyaaAllah for 4 nights at Fave Hotel.. Very pleasant, pampered with a beautiful view from the window in the Tanjungan area.. Every day the room is tidied up and cleaned according to request.. Clean, neat, very fast service, all employees, housekeeping, and security guards are friendly.. Very very satisfying👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Unfortunately, the breakfast during our stay was disappointing. All the dishes were overly salty, making it hard to enjoy the meal. This was consistent across multiple menu items.
We hope the kitchen can adjust the seasoning to better suit a wider range of guests, including families and those with dietary sensitivities. A more balanced flavor would greatly improve the overall experience.

Overall it was quite pleasant for a one-night transit in Surabaya, only the KM sliding door was a bit congested. The best thing is the location, it's close to everywhere you want to go, and you can also walk to souvenir shops.
