the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... I really enjoyed and had good time in this hotel.. thank you very much.. will come back another time maybe..

if you are looking for a budget hotel, I am sure this is the place. but don't worry, the services were good and the breakfast were good too. try the pizza. it's nice.

I booked a room and it seemed like I got a spare room because it was so small. I had already told the receptionist that the room was like a spare room but there was no response. The next day my child checked in to another room and it turned out to be bigger so it was true that the room I got was a spare room even though I paid the same price as my child. After complaining again, they wanted to change it but they said it would only be the next day and instead blamed me because they said they didn't tell me this morning. Even though I had already told them, there was no response and I also thought that all the rooms were that small because I didn't know what the other rooms were like. It was only when my child came and checked in the next day that I was able to see what the other rooms were like.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the room is too small, there is no glass/window/view. There is no divider between the bathroom and WA, so when people take a shower, the bathroom will get wet/flooded.

I've stayed here many times, both for work and family vacations. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but its strategic location and proximity to Tunjungan Plaza create a pleasant atmosphere. The amenities offered are comparable to other hotels, and the affordable price has exceeded my expectations. And, of course, there are no additional fees. 😁 The staff is also friendly and very helpful.
