the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... I really enjoyed and had good time in this hotel.. thank you very much.. will come back another time maybe..

if you are looking for a budget hotel, I am sure this is the place. but don't worry, the services were good and the breakfast were good too. try the pizza. it's nice.

I arrived at the hotel around 1:05 PM, so I asked for early check-in and was assisted by the receptionist at no additional charge. The room was clean and the facilities were adequate, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is comfortable, located near the TP mall. I booked a standard room, which was supposed to have no window, but the receptionist helped me get one with one. The room was clean, and the toilet worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work, Favehotel, and keep improving your service.

I've stayed here many times, both for work and family vacations. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but its strategic location and proximity to Tunjungan Plaza create a pleasant atmosphere. The amenities offered are comparable to other hotels, and the affordable price has exceeded my expectations. And, of course, there are no additional fees. ๐ The staff is also friendly and very helpful.

Very clean. Perfect for traveling. The staff is very friendly, and it's very close to Tunjungan Plaza. Most importantly, the pillows are soft, haha, and the restrooms are clean.

The location is close to popular shopping mall, TP. The lobby is located on the 3rd floor of the building, with food court available downstairs. One of the lifts wasn't working when I stayed there, so it was a bit inconvenient. But the staff was very nice, letting me to check in early without any additional cost! Room was clean, water heater available, and very easy to get around by online taxi.

The location is strategically located near Jalan Tunjungan. The rooms are nice and tidy, but the cleanliness is a bit lacking because I saw a cigarette butt because it was a smoking room, there was a slight smell of cigarettes.
Otherwise, the hotel is good.

The hotel is clean and very strategically located. The service is also excellent and friendly. The downside for those bringing a large private vehicle is that parking is difficult due to the cramped parking lot.
