the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... I really enjoyed and had good time in this hotel.. thank you very much.. will come back another time maybe..

if you are looking for a budget hotel, I am sure this is the place. but don't worry, the services were good and the breakfast were good too. try the pizza. it's nice.

The staff is very helpful, whenever I ask for help, they are always ready and not complicated! The room and bathroom are clean, the AC is cold! And it's quite close to Tunjungan Plaza!

Complete amenities, AC, hot water functioning normally, hard mattress with flat pillows, noisy sounds from outside from visitors who have no manners, what I'm surprised about is that there is a deposit of 200 thousand and when checking out the person next to me only paid a deposit of 100 thousand?

So far it's Ok just a bit disappointed when checking in, there was still a special request, wasn't it noted on traveloka, the information from the officer was not there and not connected to traveloka, it's strange, right, when I booked via traveloka the special request was connected to the hotel. then fave was also not fair, we got a room without a window even though the description said there was a back curtain, that means there was a window. for other things like towels smelling of cigarette smoke, the floor of the room smelled of urine, it was immediately handled by housekeeping - bravo house keep Fave Mex Sby

HONEST REVIEW.
The location is indeed strategic but if you want to stay with family, it is highly not recommended.
* Dirty bed, sheets look like they haven't been changed (lots of black map spots)
* The toilet is also not very clean. The toilet seat has yellow spots, probably not brushed, so it's ticklish to use
* NOISY HOTEL. The door next door is very noisy when opening and closing, not soundproof, small children want to sleep but wake up.
* Dirty towels, no mineral water, only water heater, small sachet coffee.
* No swimming pool facilities
* Breakfast menu, please pay attention. There is a chicken porridge menu but it's so cold that it makes you lose your appetite. The taste is also mediocre, like it's just a matter of time.

It was difficult to find an elevator to enter the lobby and there was no security guard, had to pay for parking even though the person staying overnight at the hotel was not visiting, the bathroom roof had a hole in it, the room type was not as expected, it was very small, the room air conditioner was noisy, the food was not interesting and tended to be mediocre, sorry, this time I was confused about finding an elevator just to enter the hotel lobby and it was very annoying.
