I got a great price for sudden booking at the weekend. The view is great. The hospitality also great. There's a pool also. Drinking water is available at the room with Rp15k (not free)

Staying 2 nights at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The only favehotel in Surabaya with a swimming pool. Friendly service, clean pool and good breakfast food, just walk to Transmart and close to traditional markets. Recommended for those who want a staycation with family items, really great

The hotel is close to the center of the Rungkut Transmart Mall. As well as a rutkut business center. Even the Kedaung Factory.

There is no tissue in the room only in the bathroom, only 1 sandal is provided even though an order is for 2 guests, towels that have black stains are still being used, TV channels are lacking, other than that it's okay.

Plus: 1 the hotel location is close to our activity location. 2. The food in the restaurant for breakfast is okay. Minuses: 1. The towels are a bit dark. 2. There are torn towels. 3. The bed sheet is torn. 4. The doormat is torn. 5. House keeping services are often late, around 3 or 4 o'clock it is just cleaned.

It was very comfortable to stay at Favehotel Rungkut, the air conditioner was cold, and the TV remote could not be used, but the officers were immediately alert. The bathtub faucet is quite difficult to turn. Overall it's cool to stay here

The room is clean, but unfortunately the Wifi is not okay, the tv can't be used, when you stay you can't get a koset. I've called 2 times to the receptionist but it wasn't delivered until the next day. sob. The breakfast menu is varied. Not too disappointing, quite enjoyable. thank you

I really like to stay here, it's just that I don't like the breakfast. Because the choices are few, even for children it is still lacking. Hopefully in the future it can be improved again for breakfast.
