The hotel is cheap and good. Only the mattress has yellow sheets, like they haven't been changed. But it's a good recommendation. The AC is cold.

it's just a shame the room is not soundproof, the twin bed is not comfortable, the mattress is dirty and already dull..

We stayed for 2 nights, the room we got was on the 4th floor, without an elevator. Lots of luggage, of course going up and down, it was an extraordinary struggle to stay at this Fortuna hotel. Just a suggestion, install an elevator so it doesn't torture hotel guests. Thanks.

I got a family room, the room was dirty, the bed was dirty, there were geckos, there was only one AC in the middle, the bedroom was not private, only had makeshift curtains so it could be seen from the hallway, my suggestion is to reconsider if you are going to stay at this hotel, finally I booked a room at another hotel on the spur of the moment that afternoon because it was not suitable to be occupied.

The staff is friendly, but the young man is indifferent. The room is dirty, the sheets look like they've been used, you only get 1 towel, if you want 2, ask for it, the hot water takes a long time to come up, there are lots of mosquitoes, it's noisy, you can't use a hairdryer in the room.

The staff is friendly, but it's useless if the room environment is like that. The room sheets are really dirty, at least replace them with better ones. People want to sleep so they're like that. Then the check-in time is also unclear. I arrived at 14:00 and was told to wait again until almost 15:00. They said the room was being cleaned but I still got a dirty room. The bathroom is also the same
