This is the first time our family stay here. We can say that maybe this is the best hotel so far, in their level surely. Did not expect that the room was so spacious and the amenities is great. Very attention to the detail where other hotels are trying to reduce the amenities, Four Points still prioritizes comfort for customers. We really appreciate that. It's gonna be our favourite while in Bandung and we'll come back for sure. Keep up the good work!

We recently spent two delightful nights at Four Points Bandung, and it was an unforgettable experience for my kids and me. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Each morning, we eagerly looked forward to breakfast. The spread was incredible, with so many types of dishes to choose from. My kids were especially thrilled, trying everything from fluffy pie to fresh fruit. Watching their faces light up with excitement as they discovered new favorites was such a joy. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool. Every day, my kids couldn’t wait to dive in and splash around. They spent hours playing and laughing. The pool quickly became their favorite spot, and it was wonderful to see them so happy. Our stay at Four Points Bandung was filled with laughter, good food, and precious memories. It was a perfect getaway, and my kids are already asking when we can go back!

Glad to choose this hotel because everything is same as the photos.

This hotel is very strategically located, and for the price, it's really good. Upon arrival, I was very impressed with the friendly service. Upon entering the room, the ambiance was pleasant, the air conditioning was very cool, and it smelled good.
And what I've been waiting for is breakfast. The menu is very varied, with everything from traditional dishes to international cuisine.
But I have one complaint: why does check-in have to be at 3 p.m.? I had to wait so long that I got caught in the rain, wandering around Bandung.

The toilet leaked water, causing the floor around the toilet to flood. The breakfast was decent, but not impressive for a 4-star hotel. The location is good, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Security was especially good during the nighttime demonstrations.
