We do appreciate all the kindness of the staff. Handling complaints was so excellent. Breakfast OK, swimming pool OK. Fast access to the mall. Wonderful experience of a short business trip with little kids. Definitely we will be back ❤️

I had a great time during my stay! The room was clean, very comfortable, and provided everything I needed. I also loved how easy it was to access the shopping mall. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing! It was spacious. Breakfast was also the highlight, with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, an excellent experience. Hoping to come back soon.

The variety of food menus in the restaurant and the friendliness of all hotel employees in all services are satisfying and very comfortable. Cleanliness is okay so you don't need to worry about wiping again...😂👍 The employees really understand their respective tasks so we don't have to bother asking a lot of questions, but they are already responsive to what we need. Thank you for everything... May you be even more successful in the future.

What I like most about this hotel is the breakfast and the close access to the mall.
If I may offer some input, perhaps the rooms facing the sunrise should be given extra air conditioning, as the existing AC isn't capable of combating the blazing sun until midday.
