The "VIP" room turned out to be a small cramped room with an unpleasant odor. The only window opened to the dining area with a table a meter away from the window and had to constantly closed.
Upon arrival, the AC failed to power on and took three technicians to fix. When requested for a room change, the manager replied that none were available.
No hot water was available. Parking was extremely limited and difficult to navigate. Out overall stay was unpleasant. Avoid staying here and choose others within the vicinity.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the bathroom is also clean, the food is also delicious, it's really comfortable at this hotel. Recommend that if you go to Ponorogo you want to stay there again. Thank you 😍🙏.

1. Noisy from outside, especially at night. 2. The shower water didn't come out, there wasn't any hot water either. 3. The lighting for bathing is lacking. 4. Breakfast has no taste.
