It just so happened that yesterday's order was made at an event in Braga, so vehicles couldn't reach the front of the hotel. So, it had to be valeted and there was no writing for the valet point so it was a bit confusing, and finally we called the hotel. Maybe next time you can provide additional information when ordering. Thank you.

1. When you first enter the hotel room, the room smells musty, not fragrant.
2. The pillows and blankets smell musty, making it difficult to sleep
3. The carpet in the room is not clean, there are many stains that seem old and difficult to clean
4. The variety of food menus is lacking
5. The taste is ordinary
6. This is the worst, many guests smoke in the restaurant during breakfast. There are no employees who reprimand them, if guests are allowed to smoke in the restaurant, at least there should be a clear barrier and it is certain that the smell of cigarettes does not spread to all rooms in the restaurant

At night I hear people from next door. Haha, well, it's not soundproof. The place is perfect in Braga, all the food comes out. The breakfast is just lacking in variety, otherwise it's okay. The service is okay and clean.

First stay around Jalan Braga which is closed on weekends. I was confused when looking for the way to the hotel, but after calling, they helped me very well. The room was ok, there are many places to walk and eat around.

I ordered a deluxe 1 king size room. The carpet was really dirty, the carpet looked like it had been exposed to cigarettes & it turned out they didn't provide a non-smoking room, the bathroom was like a 2-star hotel, the sheets and blankets were yellow, the room smelled of cigarettes even though they had cleaned it, there were lots of cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom. Please renovate it soon. Even though the location is strategic, it's only 5 steps away from Braga.

the staff is friendly. the bathroom is a bit smelly, maybe because the hexous is not on. for the Braga area, it is easy to go anywhere. the cleanliness is good. only if you park your car, it is far from the city hall because the parking lot is closed on Jl. Braga. for Saturdays and Sundays
