The hotel is quite crowded...the food is very flavorful, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom is not clean enough.

My first time staying here was on a business trip. I originally wanted to book two nights, but I didn't. I checked in at 2:30 PM, but when I arrived, the room was quite dirty and poorly maintained. The carpet and floor mats looked like they hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time. I was quite surprised when I saw a lot of baby cockroaches crawling out from under the cupboard. The TV was also very old-fashioned, and only the AC was cold enough. The breakfast menu was varied, but the taste was mediocre. The front desk staff were less than responsive and friendly.

My family and I occupied 2 rooms on the 9th floor. The TV facilities were not functioning, the facilities in the room were too old, not soundproof so after midnight it was still noisy from other rooms, the room phone was not working, so I couldn't complain via the room phone, the location was strategic, the food menu was still ok. Please immediately improve the room facilities, make an appeal to guests not to be noisy during rest time, inform customers about road access during car free days, have more varied food menus, thank you.

My first experience staying at Gino Feruci Braga was quite satisfying. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in. The location is also very strategic in the center of Braga, so if you want to find food, you can just walk out of the hotel without having to travel far. The room was okay, but the shower was a bit stuck; you had to turn it on quite hard to get the water to flow. Breakfast at the restaurant had a fairly extensive menu, and surprisingly, they also had jamu (traditional herbal drinks) with a variety of variations. Overall, it's good. For those looking for culinary delights in Braga and staying not too far away, Gino Feruci is the place.

Overall OK, just that the hot water is not hot enough.

At first I panicked because when I wanted to check in the car, I couldn't enter the hotel. When I called the hotel, it turned out there was a valet...it's a really recommended place...the staff are also very friendly.

The breakfast menu doesn't have much variety, and the additional payment requirements for children differ between the reception and the restaurant. The hotel room's carpet smells... The TV isn't upgraded. Many of the walls/wallpaper are peeling off. The side room often makes noise.

Sorry, I need an honest review so the hotel can improve. Pros: Right on Braga Street, you can enjoy the bustle of Braga Street right away. The staff is friendly. Prayer mats and Qurans are provided in the room. Cons: For a 4-star hotel, this is far from a 4-star hotel; it actually feels like a 2-star hotel. The room cleanliness is poor and the room is very damp. The paint on the walls is all flaky and some appear moldy due to the dampness. There are also many chips on the walls. The carpet is very damp and very dirty. The curtains are also dirty and look like they've never been changed. The sheets, blanket, and pillowcases are worn, and the pillows are even flat. The bathroom is also in poor condition. As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by three small cockroaches in the room and one in the bathroom. Quite disappointed for a 4-star hotel priced at 600,000+ rupiah, but upon entering, only the reception area was okay. The room was far from a 4-star hotel; it was more like a room in a very old and neglected house. Renovations should be carried out immediately to improve the hotel. At the very least, replace the carpet and repaint the walls, and clean the room. Sorry, I had to give an honest review to improve the facilities so this hotel can be even more successful, as the staff are all very friendly, and the location is also strategic.

It's nice, it's close to Braga, so walking around is more comfortable, but for me, the breakfast food is a bit lacking in terms of taste and the menu served, and the facilities are not very good, the gym and swimming pool
