I think this is one of the best hotels available in Cianjur city. It's clean, and the staffs are polite and friendly, not just the reception, but the housekeeping and security guard as well. That's an extra plus point from me. Check in and check out process was quick and smooth. Will stay here again another time.

Everything was excellent: clean, friendly, quiet, and cool. I checked out on a Sunday, which was car-free day. Thankfully, hotel guests were given priority access to their vehicles, with special escorts from the hotel, in collaboration with the local government. It was simply the best.

I couldn't believe there was a 4-star hotel in Cianjur. Previously, whenever I was on assignment in this city, I'd stayed at hotels around Puncak and Cipanas. Of course, I was delighted to find the Gino Feruci Hotel, even though I'd been completely unaware of it. I frowned when I read the unique, Italian-sounding name "Feruci." I then smiled to myself when I saw the Javanese name "Gino" before it. That uniqueness was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, along with its comfort, delicious food, and cleanliness.

The staff is very friendly from security, receptionist, restaurant staff, and swimming pool are all friendly. Kids friendly area, spacious rooms suitable for toddlers so they don't get bored. Strategic location close to everywhere. Varied food with quite good taste, my child also likes it.
