I initially booked a VIP room for just one night. Because of its strategic location and stunning views, coupled with the friendly and responsive service, I ended up staying for two more nights. This second stay was in a suite, and it was great and even more comfortable. I'll definitely be back here next time I go to Bali. The most important thing is GOOD SERVICE, as it definitely improves your mood, and the room is clean. It's great.

staf & karyawan yg ramah,kebersihan area camp yg selalu terjaga setiap saat sllu dibersihkan oleh karyawan. kamar yg nyaman & bersih. keamanan juga sangat terjaga. fasilitas kamar mandi sharing ny perlu ada perbaikan sedikit.

It was a great time camping here. My wife and kids asked to stay here again. The view of the lake is really beautiful. The staff are friendly, and the campsite is always kept clean. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Security is also very good. The shared bathroom facilities need some improvement. Thank you.

The view is beautiful, right on the edge of the lake, and the air is cool and misty. Relaxing at the campsite is also fun.
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
Perfect for honeymoons, families, and groups of friends.

Highly recommended to stay here to relieve stress, no regrets and want to come back again. No need to walk around, just see the view from the inn is enough. The food is also really good. Love it!!

The place is cool, clean, and comfortable. Even though I booked a room with a separate bathroom, surprisingly, the shared toilet and bathroom were always clean and well-maintained. Please keep that up. There's also free tea and coffee if you want something warm during your stay.
Suggestion: Implement a quiet hour/curfew to manage guests who lack empathy (some still laughing and chatting loudly at 11:30 PM, disturbing those trying to rest).
I'll definitely be back if I stay in Bedugul 👍🏼

The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was nice, but at night, it was cold, and the water from the ceiling dripped onto the bed, making it a bit uncomfortable.
As for the amenities, when I stayed, the shower gel was low and very runny, as if refilled with water. The staff probably forgot to refill it.
So far, so good, and the atmosphere is also good.

for the amazing view, it's really good. The breakfast menu is also delicious and quite varied. It's just too cold and the room is not soundproof so if someone passes by it can be heard from inside the room, some of the room's wall decorations are also removed. It is recommended to bring a thick jacket and socks.

There are frogs and ant nests in the room. With a price of 400+ without breakfast, for me it's not worth it with minimal facilities. The bathroom is outside (public).
