Hotel is so dark, dirty, many mosquitos in the room. There is no wifi in the room, feel so bored when you don't have internet connection in the room, TV channel also poor.

The receptionist service is friendly and the rooms are clean, but the facilities are incomplete, bath shampoo, toothbrush, and, coffee & room slippers are missing.

Very very satisfied staying at Godes, nice area, nice rooms, very affordable prices, super friendly staff, if you go to Batam, you will definitely stay here again.
