The Owner is unfriendly and intimidating, there are many rules and conditions starting from the very complicated access card collection and many procedures if I do it wrong at Popbox I will get a fine of IDR 500,000 or the deposit will be forfeited; check-in time must be after 2:00 PM without tolerance and check-out time must be before 11:00 AM or I will be fined IDR 100,000 / hour late; everything is fined and the threat of forfeiting the deposit; the deposit is similar to the room rate and the refund is 2 working days after check-out, it really doesn't make sense. Actually yesterday I wanted to cancel it but I found out about the terms & conditions just before check-in time. The check-out process should also not be later than 11:00 AM if you do not want to be fined Rp. 100,000 / hour, but it is not fair with the way my deposit was returned more than 2x24 hours after check-out and no fine was imposed; the deposit refund was also unilaterally deducted Rp. 400,000 because according to the owner that there were "stains" on 2 towels which turned out to be due to the towels being placed on the floor (attached photo) to block puddles of water from the overflowing bathroom due to the drainage not being smooth and 1 more towel was "stained / dirty" due to use (not significantly seen in the attached photo). Is this how to do business renting apartment rooms individually that is detrimental and makes consumers disappointed? I swear I will never come back to stay in this apartment anymore.

Before check-in, we had to chat with the admin, and they didn't inform us about this after we booked the room. It was a hassle, with no staff to help. Parking was a tedious process, requiring only a card to be tapped, but the card was obtained after check-in. A Rp 500,000 deposit was required, which would be forfeited. This wasn't mentioned before booking.

Firstly the floor was leaking and flooded with water but I didn’t complain. But the check in and check out the operator is trying their best to take the 500k deposit, they claim I stained the bedsheets but it might be they just wet the bedsheet after we left. They complained we didn’t send a picture of when we took the keys and we sent them after because we forget to send it earlier but they just refused to accept and just wanted to not return the deposit! I’m sure the other guests are treated the same way!

Very, very, very unfriendly (I will never stay in this unit again, I really regret it), the fines are ridiculous (you really have to video and take photos of all the complete details, otherwise you'll be billed for the things you didn't do) and the fine amount is also very large.

I swear, out of all the times I've rented an apartment in Jakarta, this one is the most complicated🫣 And the deposit is equivalent to a star hotel in Jakarta, please think a million times if you want to book this apartment, it's very not recommended🙏

The bathroom smells really bad, the service is poor

Truly bad experience. So many rules and always with threat deposit won’t returned. Admin chat about how to pick up the key, suddenly deleted than added much later, after we pick up the key and at midnight, we have to take the picture in front of the assigned box. Mind you, who will remember the box number, after the chat deleted and this term was “reminded” to us when we already asleep. This is like they do it on purpose so they could take the deposit money. Also card key is not functioning, after much hassle. And we found cockroach in kitchen area, alive and dead. Free minibar they said, but only mineral water, coffeemix and some cheap tea bag. Even the facilities they given is not worth it with the hassle they giving us

Couldn't open and close the shower door. No hot water. AC was very loud. Slow response

Positive: the apartment & view are really nice, there are indoor & outdoor pool facilities, gym, sauna, cold air conditioning, and the distance between car parking lots is not narrow. Get a room close to the elevator (this seems to depend). Negative: - difficult access. When you arrive, the card is taken at the popbox, from the parking lot to the popbox is also very effortful because there is no access. If you want to enter from the basement/P floor, the parking lot must have access, the options are to hitchhike with residents who happen to be passing by or walk quite far to the lobby, you can go up/down which is not close, it's really complicated from the parking lot to enter the apartment. Parking on the P floor when checking out can't access the elevator to the P floor must have an access card while the access card must be placed in the room when checking out so you have to hitchhike with someone else. I asked the receptionist for help but was refused with the reason that they couldn't help, even helping to get in access they said you had to contact the agent. When checking out, the apartment admin contact took a long time to reply, when checking out there was no one who could help you only get to the parking lot. - They said they would give information on how to get the access card via popbox at 2 pm during check-in, but it was already past 2 pm and we had to chat first before they told us. Check-out time was at 11 am and if they passed, they said they would be fined. - There were so many rules and various fines for violating them. The admin informed us about the rules and prohibitions on how to get the access card and how to return it. When I got the card, I forgot to take a photo and was asked to take a photo so I had to go back to the popbox (I didn't realize I was asked to take a photo when I got it at the popbox because it was already a hassle to bring sweaty stuff because I had to go through the path that could lead to the popbox so I wanted to rush to my room). There was no information at all about what apartment facilities were on which floor, I had to actively ask the admin. There were no towels provided in the gym. - There is a deposit of 500 thousand/unit, the return is 2 working days after checkout. It's been 2 hours, I chatted again and then I was informed about the chat template for returning the deposit (you really have to actively chat). - There is a parking fee of a maximum of 50 thousand per day. It's a bit hard to find parking at night. -The room is just so-so. The TV remote is hard to use. There are only 2 pillows.

When we checked out at 11 am, if we passed the information, we could be fined. - The room is just ordinary. The TV remote is difficult to operate. Only two pillows.

Parking is not free (Rp5,000 x how many hours you stay). We spent Rp70,000 for parking (14 hours). There were lots of ants on the room table.

Worst experience ever! Good luck with your business! Even 5-star hotels don't have funny rules like you made. Good luck for everybody that chooses this hotel! Enjoy your worst experience!

The staff is cruel, if you are late for a few minutes, your deposit will be deducted, the rules are not like most hotels, the operators are unfriendly and impolite.

Friendly staff, cleaned room every morning, nice room.

I am very disappointed staying here, the 2 million deposit was forfeited because I didn't take a photo when picking up the key. Initially I ordered a 3 bedroom, then in the chat because there was a system error it was changed to a 2 bedroom & studio, I had no problem. A small problem like that, the deposit was forfeited, it's really outrageous.

I only stayed at this property once and the service was only available via WA and it was very disappointing.

Have to deposit 500 thousand and it will not be returned when checking out, noisy AC, hot water doesn't work, check out at 11 am check in at 2 am, complicated procedures
