We stayed at 2 superior rooms for one night. The service was superb with can-do attitude from the staff, from quick check-in to accommodating extra cards and cool storage for our food. The phone in our room didnt work when we tried to order food, they fixed it in no time. We ordered duck and noodle at reasonable prices. Both tasted good (or we were just too hungry).
Rooms were very spacious, hair dryer and fridge were available, linens were clean.
Location was ok if you have a car.
The only issues were the AC (noisy) and slow check-out procedure as we needed to wait until they completed checking our rooms.

Thank God, at the end of this holiday I was able to stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The hotel room had a sea and mountain view. It was perfect for a staycation with the family.

The hotel is nice and very clean, food price is okay and delicious, but the swimming pool is dirty because visitors swimming with diapers and full cloths. Should give strict rule about this.

Hotel from Louvre Group with the parent company Jin Jiang International Holdings Co Ltd, which has investments from Blackrock Company, presents a hotel with good service, a very comfortable hotel room atmosphere and varied food and is kids friendly. We happened to stay in a premiere room with windows all around with a very beautiful view. But unfortunately, smoking is allowed in the swimming pool area and the funny thing is that it is stated in the hotel regulations. In fact, not all open spaces and public spaces are smoking areas and hotel management should understand things like this. Moreover, many of the swimmers are children who are vulnerable to cigarette smoke. My good mood was immediately ruined because of this rule.
