My second stay at Hotel Golden Tulip Springhill was just as amazing as the first! The service remains top-notch, the rooms are cozy and clean, and the breakfast selection is still fantastic.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, especially Nabiila, who made my stay extra comfortable. With such excellent hospitality, I will definitely continue to choose this hotel whenever I visit Bandar Lampung.

The hotel location is close to government buildings. So, it's a great location if you had some business with the government. The room was clean, and the staff is friendly. Also, can't forget to mention the amazing view!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Junior Suite. There was a surprise fruit on the guest table as a welcome gift, and all the products in the chiller were also free. The downside is that the 55m2 room has two bathrooms, which seems wasteful. It would be better if one of the bathrooms were converted into a dining area. Another thing is that the checkout time should be shortened, not even five minutes, as it seems too long.

The superior room's water heater is old-fashioned, so it doesn't take more than five minutes for the water to cool down, making it impossible to get a hot shower, especially after swimming, which is a shame for the kids.
However, we were upgraded to a grand superior room. This room is nicer and more comfortable, with complete internet access, Netflix, and other features. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the water heater works well.
The food is very varied, and the taste is quite good. However, some of the restaurant staff were unfriendly, or maybe it was just their voice. I don't know, but it just wasn't comfortable.
The area near the pool is undergoing construction or renovations in the morning and afternoon, so it's a bit scary to bring kids swimming, but the view is beautiful. It's very cold here, so you can't stay in it for long, but it's a good place to relax.
The lobby is comfortable, with several games for kids to play. So, staying in the room won't be boring. There's also a playground, but it's more suitable for children 5 years and under.
