My two days here were so worth it. The hotel is in the heart of the city, clean, comfortable, and has fast Wi-Fi. The facilities are like a 4-star hotel, with a swimming pool and spa. Overall, it's great. Plus, I can enjoy the city view from my room. I really enjoyed it, and I hope to come back again.

very comfortable. first time staying at goldvitel and it turned out to be very impressive. at first I was afraid it would be zong but it didn't happen. from the beginning of check in the staff was friendly, the facilities were complete, the room was clean and comfortable, even in the room there was an apology letter from the management that there might be noise due to the renovation of the sky lounge on the 20th floor but I didn't hear it at all. toppppp anyway. the view from the window is also the best. the food is no doubt, it's really delicious. no doubt if you want to stay here again 😍😍😍

The hotel staff is friendly. It's easily accessible and centrally located. There's a karaoke room, spa, and a rooftop terrace. Breakfast is delicious. Parking is limited.
However, room cleanliness needs improvement. It seemed like my room (on the 15th floor) wasn't properly cleaned, as there was hair on the sheets. The pillowcases looked shabby. The mattress runner hadn't been replaced either.
Standard amenities (shower cap, toothbrush, and bar soap) were provided. However, the liquid soap in the bathroom was mixed with water, and the bottle was crushed, so it didn't lather well and ran out during showers. The water pressure was also low, and the hot water wasn't hot enough even when turned on full. Furthermore, there was no foot mat, so the bathroom was completely wet.

There's a karaoke bar downstairs, and the room vibrated（yes I feel wired continuous vibration) until almost 2 a.m. I tried wearing headphones and listening to meditation music, but it didn't work because the vibrations went straight to my whole body but had nothing to do with my ears. It was a really bad experience, and I felt dizzy when I woke up in the morning.

The hotel staff is friendly. It's easily accessible and centrally located. There's a karaoke room, spa, and a rooftop terrace. Breakfast is delicious. Parking is limited.
However, room cleanliness needs improvement. It seemed like my room (on the 15th floor) wasn't properly cleaned, as there was hair on the sheets. The pillowcases looked shabby. The mattress runner hadn't been replaced either.
Standard amenities (shower cap, toothbrush, and bar soap) were provided. However, the liquid soap in the bathroom was mixed with water, and the bottle was crushed, so it didn't lather well and ran out during showers. The water pressure was also low, and the hot water wasn't hot enough even when turned on full. Furthermore, there was no foot mat, so the bathroom was completely wet.

There's a karaoke bar downstairs, and the room vibrated（yes I feel wired continuous vibration) until almost 2 a.m. I tried wearing headphones and listening to meditation music, but it didn't work because the vibrations went straight to my whole body but had nothing to do with my ears. It was a really bad experience, and I felt dizzy when I woke up in the morning.
