Some lights were not on, such as the bathroom mirror light and the main light in the room. There was no mirror in the room, this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel that does not have a mirror in the room. The room was very narrow, and the arrangement of the furniture made it difficult to move around in the room. As soon as I left the room, the room outside the room smelled very bad. I don't know whether it was the smell of garbage or cleaning agents. But it was very smelly until I entered the elevator.

What is the standard operating procedure for changing bed linen in hotels? It's changed after guests check out... only when dirty... once a week... once a month. The pillows also need to be washed, they're yellow.
The female staff at the gym answered the phone casually, and when I came to the gym and asked which side? She replied, "Over there...!" While she was making a call on her cell phone while standing on the emergency stairs. Please provide training in hospitality communication skills, lady. Urgent!

4 star hotel, the rooms feel like boarding houses that are not maintained, the AC is above the bed, towels, shampoo, pillow cases and blankets are not white and are about to tear, there is no refrigerator, the cutlery is not clean, stayed for 3 days, only had breakfast for 1 day, towels and mats are not available if you don't call repeatedly, is this really a 4 star hotel???

I like the service from the staff.. the front valet parking and the staff who bring things to the room.. the breakfast is quite good.. the menu is not very varied and the taste is standard.
