The hospitality of the crew should be improved. They seems hesitate when we asked detail questioned. As well as the room needs to be checked before the guest check-in. In the room that I rent, there was not any information, what number is the front office can be dialled, how to reach the restaurant. They said it was sticked near the phone and the mirror but it is none. Funny that I need to dial from my cell-phone in order to contact the restaurant.

Pros: Free prepare early breakfast before 6 for takeaway. Spacious room. Overall okay. Cons: Shower hot water not hot enough. Smoking smell from smoking area on corridor. Ant in the room. No fridge.

Good hotel but I could be better. The hotel should improve the water heater. The warm water is not warm enough. The breakfast should have more food variety. But overall it was quite enjoyable experience.

Checked in at 1pm and only stayed until around 7pm then decided to check out. Actually the room is quite spacious, the bathroom is also spacious. However, I got the impression of an old building and felt like I didn't feel at home in the room. I don't know, for me the atmosphere is a little scary and dark. During the day I try not to think about it too much because I'm working. But entering the night (after maghrib to be more precise), when I took a shower I felt very uncomfortable sensation. Like someone was watching. During the shower my hairs started to stand up and it felt tense. I speed up my shower time, hoping that when I finish showering the fear will disappear. However, after showering, the feeling of anxiety became even more pronounced and the hairs on the back of my neck became even more tense, it was very uncomfortable. Finally decided to check out early.
