The hotel is old. Many things are starting to break down and need to be repaired or replaced, especially the bathroom. The shower hose is starting to leak, and the door frame is starting to become brittle. There's a lot of repair and updating that needs to be done.

The hotel did not meet expectations and most people's reviews. I got a less than satisfactory room, the room facilities were not maintained (all the cupboard door handles were broken, yellowing water stains on the bathroom door and sink area), stained blankets, smelly and stained towels. I waited about 40 minutes for the staff to bring new towels, and the new towels smelled like they were freshly prepared, but they were still stained. Quite disappointed, the existing facilities should be better maintained.

At that time I had written a request for a surprise greeting because we wanted to celebrate our anniversary, but when we arrived at the hotel during check-in we were asked if there was any even though we had clearly written the request on Traveloka. And the officer was quite stubborn, so I gave in, it was okay. Quite disappointed. And when I got to the room the blanket was stained, the bathroom was dirty, and I got a back view. Even though at that time I got a rate of 1.3 million for 1 night. Really disappointed, I wanted to celebrate my wedding anniversary but instead I was annoyed 🥲

The rooms are spacious and clean, the parking area is spacious, the location is also strategic on the side of the road, just a short ride on public transportation and you can have coffee at the cafe or buy snacks in front of it.

I stayed during the Eid holiday and took 3 rooms
3 rooms did not provide mats (had to ask for them first)
2 rooms had TVs that did not work and the hot water in the toilet did not work (there was no large mirror in the toilet)
1 room had a broken shower faucet
The bed still had hair falling out and the mattress was no longer soft
The only good breakfast was fried food, omelettes and mini martabak
