The hotel staff is friendly. The food is better than the food in January 2025, now it's even better. The food is also suitable for children, not just adults. I mean, children's food isn't just omelettes. The taste of chicken chili sauce and other menus is also starting to taste good, not too impressed with packaged food with lots of flavoring. The room is clean. Usually we are in a room on the 3rd floor, now we are moving to the 4th floor. The room is better than the 3rd floor, both in terms of the clean wall paint color, the bathroom is well maintained, usually we find broken bathroom glass with lots of black spots, now it's not, then the toilet and shower are also well maintained although the toilet is a bit difficult to press. Also the bathroom floor is slippery, need to be careful especially with small children. But the hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, clean, every time after being used by the previous customer all the room amenities are replaced with new ones so we don't feel worried about being used by someone else. The sheets also look new. Usually on the 3rd floor, the color of the sheets has started to yellow but is clean. Another less impressive thing was when we checked in, we arrived at 5am but couldn't check in even though we had already negotiated cash payment, but it seemed like there was really no solution for us to check in. The disappointment was there, because we had just arrived exhausted. There really was no solution offered for us to be able to check in. We had to wait for the shift change at 8am. That was really disappointing. Even though we are used to staying here and usually we can check in if we arrive at 5am. I don't know why this time it wasn't possible. Hopefully there is a policy for this check-in problem and Basko Hotel will be more popular with customers, especially us who are loyal customers☺️
