The check-in process is easy, the facilities are also good, but parking is a bit complicated if the front parking lot is really full. The rooms are also okay, nice and comfortable, but the floors are a bit less clean, otherwise it's not bad, it's still really good for a family vacation👍🏻

We were a bit disappointed given that our price per night was not cheap. The quality of the room was old and not very clean; the bathroom and bathtub curtains were dirty and needed replacement, and the sofa was stained. On a positive note, there was a wide variety of options for breakfast, and the food tasted good. The pool was also clean and spacious. The lobby staff were friendly, which was nice. However, improvements in room quality are necessary, as I wouldn't want to return under the current conditions.

We stayed on August 16 - August 18, 2025. Since the beginning of our arrival, the staff quickly provided assistance with lifting suitcases and other bags. The check-in process was fast and we got the room according to our request. For the best hospitality. The staff and security guards always greet us. The lobby is spacious, there are games for children and a billiard table. For the room and bathroom: The room is clean, the towels and sheets are clean and fragrant, the AC is cold, the hot water works well. The bathroom equipment is quite adequate. The internet connection is quite good. Suggest that the TV channel needs to be improved so that the picture is clear. For breakfast, it is delicious and varied. The menu changes every day. Overall, we had a really nice stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Honestly, the only real downside was the Wi-Fi. It was pretty slow and kept cutting out, which was a bit of a pain when we wanted to get the work done while we're staying here. If they could get that sorted, it would be a perfect stay!
