One of the worst hotels I stayed in my life. I've never seen such kind of Hospitality. INo Internet. No elevator. Booked my hotel with food. But now the time is 03:45, didn't bring any food. If I ask the Hotel Staff, is saying that you booked with the app, so that we will not give you food. But I made a booking with breakfast. I would like to communicate with the app immediately. Because I am fasting. I need my food for Sahur. If I didn't get my food, it is Haram.

Very worst Customer Care. Everyday they brought snacks for Buka Puasa. But Today not bring. When I was asking them, they are not responding. We Quit from here. Don't want to continue our stay here. Also Rooms are not clean, No WiFi. No Hot Water.
