I ordered family room which contains 3 single bed. The room is clean and comfort enough. The facilities in the room were complete. I love the breakfast that they are served, it has various menus and it has good taste. Also, The staff over there is friendly. Grand HAP maybe is not a big hotel but the facilities is very complete, there are swimming pool, fitness center and spa. I would stay in Grand HAP if I visit solo again.

You get what you pay for. It's a cheap hotel, so don't expect it to be particularly comfortable. The beds are old and creaky and the sheets are stained. The staff were friendly though and it's in a good location in Solo.

Check in/Check out time is easy and fast, in the city center, the staff are friendly, the security guard helps direct the parking position, in my opinion the bed in the room is not big enough and there are lots of mosquitoes, for breakfast there are lots of delicious food variants. Great location, good food at affordable price!
Grang HAP hotel is located in the city center with a back exit, so you won't be trapped during Car Free Day on Sunday morning. The room is spacious and food is good. Timlo at the breakfast is even bettet than the famous timlo in town. The highlight is on staff's helpfulness! From hotel key issue, refill of amenities and keeping my stuffs after I checked out, they kindly helped with a great smile.

Overall, it was okay...just a suggestion: please improve the cleanliness of the room, as the floor and under the bed were still a bit dirty and had hair on them.
In the restaurant, there were mosquito larvae in the small flower vase on the table.

My favorite hotel when I go to Solo, the hotel is nice, comfortable, the breakfast is delicious... there are a few minuses in the room I stayed in yesterday at 519, the sink was a bit clogged so the water took a while to drain and the AC was a bit noisy... the rest is okay

The menu is not that big.. I ate at 8.40 and wanted to order the telok matas savi but there was no one there anymore. I waited until 10 am and there was no one there.. maybe the stock was gone and the person in charge was not there. After eating the elevator was broken and the queue was almost 40 minutes... where else was there a crowd of people who had to use the emergency stairs?
