Really enjoyed the hotel, it was clean, all facilities functioned well, the service was okay, friendly. Strategic location in front of the lake and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable next time back here again because it makes you feel at home thank you

1. The service of all employees is very friendly, starting from the receptionist, they have been welcomed well, when it rains they are also escorted to the room using an umbrella. The room service clerk is also friendly. 2. The room is very clean, just came in, it smells good, there is a welcome drink & water heating facilities. The bathroom is clean, you get complete toiletries, clean towels, warm water. 3. Open the door to the room with a direct view of the Sarangan Lake without a hitch, open the window to get a view of the mountains & sunrise. 4. The food is delicious, the portions are also big. Had ordered food from room service, the taste was also good, the price was appropriate, not expensive either. Thank you, our family enjoyed staying here, later if we go to Saran, we will definitely stay at the Kintamani hotel again.

All hotel staff from security, receptionists, cleaners, to friendly restaurant staff. The room is also clean, the hot water is on, you can get a room that parks the vehicle directly in front of the room, the taste of the food does not disappoint, overall it's good 👍

Get promo price. Strategic place, spacious parking, spacious rooms, clean, lake front hotel. Just walk. The next morning the hotel sells pecel which can be enjoyed on the edge of the lake. Minus: the warm water is not optimal, the bathroom floor is a bit slippery.

Tempatnya pas nikmat keren banget sesuai keinginan karena dekat dengan telaga. Breakfast bener-bener mantep lengkap meski dianterkan ke kamar. Pelayanan receptions ramah sopan dan profesional. Kamar bersih. Toilet juga bersih. Parkiran luas. Pokoknya recommended buat datang kembali. Makasih.
