I stayed in the deluxe twin type for 851.5k. Everything was satisfactory, only the color of the pillow was brownish and the cover was torn, the sheets were no longer white, some of the power outlets were about to come off so if there were children they were afraid of getting electrocuted, the toilet amenities were not the same packaging as other RedDoorz hotels, please, this is a 5-star hotel, but I don't know if the packaging is the same in other types and if you order without the application, the packaging is the same or not. That's all and thanks.

Please hotel management, your hotel prices are not cheap (meaning: with that price we can get a better hotel). I thought this was a classic concept hotel, because I wanted to experience the classic Bandung, but it was really scary, and the towels were like sheep's wool, the hard water taps were all hard to turn, please fix this.

Overall it's really okay..
all the staff are very friendly.
When I was there yesterday there was a room renovation, which was already announced, so during the day it was a bit noisy.. but in the afternoon until night, thank God it was safe.. it was very comfortable there, access to Braga and Alun Alun was not far, it could be reached on foot.. there is an Indomaret point below, which is very helpful.. basically the best.. thank you Grand Hotel Preanger

The room was horrific, my 1 year old child cried non-stop from 10 pm to 11 pm for almost 1 hour. Finally we decided to leave the room, just one step out of the room immediately quiet. Finally we walked around the city of Bandung until 1 am, back to the room our child cried again while not wanting to open his eyes. Finally we decided to sleep in the car until 4.30.
After browsing, it turned out that this hotel is the oldest hotel in Bandung. We occupied the Deluxe King 204 room, the room was very spacious but a bit scary.
for those who like horror, you can try it.

- 5 star hotel with a building that still needs a lot of upgrades so that its 5 star history can still be obtained because the location is good
- From CI to CO all staff are friendly
- The BF menu variations are quite a lot & taste delicious & ask for ground chili sauce, it tastes really good, the taste of shrimp paste is great
- The room slippers are good & quite strong, can be worn outside the room
- The cleanliness of the room & bathroom needs to be improved again, the sheets, blankets, pillows, towels are brown and not white anymore, they need to be stored, the bathroom needs to be cleaned again, the corners also need to be cleaned
