The check-in was quick & we got as requested on the app (high floor & connecting door). However, a connecting door was broken. Room 626 was pretty fine, the problem was the AC felt not working well. It feels less cold. Room 628 felt darker and the TV didn't work at all. The water heater was not working at all here and the light was too dark for a bathroom. Both rooms have got no safety box & mini fridge. They cleaned the room without our request. Breakfast was complete enough. However, the first day was a bit different from the second day's breakfast. 1st Day: the lettuce on the salad was a bit yellowish, seems not too fresh. The fruit (melon) looks not fresh since some bugs on it. The buffet was less tasty. 2nd Day: the salad was better. The fruits were a lot better. The buffet was tastier. Needs more variety of meals: pasta or sausages (for kids) Needs to be more consistent in serving meals: especially the taste. The swimming pool needs some plants & repaint and add more decoration and float for kids. Overall the staff was helpful and nice. It feels like home. We'd like to stay here later if we heard any improvements here. Thank you for being a part of our holiday in Jogja.

Awesome accommodation, great place, clean room and bathroom, I requested for a good view and they gave it, just one minus the hot water not hot enough but overall nice experience

The hotel staff are amazingly friendly, courteous and very helpful. Starting from the receptionist, restaurant staff, room service to security, they are very friendly. The beautiful lady at the reception helped patiently with my request to move rooms to a smoking room. The rooms are clean, which is amazing even though the smoking room and sleeping equipment such as blankets and pillows smell good. Rarely found in other hotels. Able to maintain fragrance in smoking room. Management must really appreciate their excellent job. Room rates are not expensive, and are located in the city center will make us come back again when we go to Jogja. Good luck for the future.

Stay 3 nights. The rooms are clean, quite big for 2 people, the staff is friendly, the rooms are also cleaned without us asking, the air conditioner is cold for a while, the location is also on the side of the road so looking for easy food. Location in front of Empire XXI, fragrant lobby, friendly service, delicious food with a 3-star standard, a large swimming pool, and lots of TV viewing options. The only minus is that the room is a little less soundproof. Maybe for some people who are very sensitive to sound when they want to sleep, they can request not the one on the front because at night sometimes there is the sound of motorbikes from the street. Overall very comfortable and recommended.
