The rooms were clean but not soundproof. We heard loud music at night from the discotheque. But the staff were amazing. They helped make our stay enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience with the Karlita Hotel; Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. It was perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

The strategic location is in the middle of the city, close to the mall and others, the rooms are quite spacious, the breakfast menu is also delicious, there are swimming pools for adults and children but unfortunately the ones for children are small, the view in the swimming pool is good, you can see Mount Slamet , all staff are friendly and fast response. Next time will stay here again, thank you 🙏.
