The location is strategic, just a short walk from Malioboro Street, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, but it took a long time to check in, at 14.30 we were only able to enter the room, I suggest you fix the wifi because bringing children makes them cranky, it's really slow, otherwise it's ok...recommended if you're on holiday in Jogja again

Stayed 5 nights at Grand Malioboro, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was not complicated, the hotel cleanliness was very good, only got a room near the parking lot and the soundproofing was not good, you could still hear the sound of vehicles and people chatting.
For the distance to Malioboro is close, just walk, and access to everywhere is easy..
And the most enjoyable thing is being able to upgrade the room from priority to deluxe..

Professional hotel staff. Bapsk Security is very agile in helping to unload goods and park cars (service like a valet parking). There are two parking spaces (limited in front of the hotel, but the parking lot across the hotel is wider).
delicious breakfast with enough variety. there are delicious herbal drinks.
very strategic location. only 1 KM to Keraton, Pendopo Lawas, Pempek Ny. Kamto.
if you are on vacation to Yogya with family, it is highly recommended to stay at hotels around Jalan Malioboro such as the Grand Malioboro Hotel and Jalan Dagen.
