Despite our last-minute booking, check-in was quick. The hotel also upgraded us to the two rooms we booked. The warm pool was great, and the breakfast selection was amazing. It was delicious too 👍🏻👍🏻

The location is convenient because it is in the Setiabudi area, close to Lembang, close to tourist attractions. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean and fragrant, the room is also quite spacious. The facilities are quite complete, the swimming pool uses warm water so it is suitable for the mountainous area, there is a fitness center and children's play area, there is also a spa. Breakfast is okay, the menu is varied and delicious. Try the lunch and dinner menu, both are good, the drink menu is also delicious. Got a welcome drink too. The staff is active and helpful, all friendly. Overall, it is very good to stay here and highly recommended for those who want to stay with family.

The warm water swimming pool and the food at breakfast really made the kids happy and this is their fourth stay.

Booked a hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our kids. We booked two superior rooms, and were surprised with a delicious anniversary cake, decorated with flowers and a greeting from Gro's Team on the window. The room was clean and had a large queen bed, enough for three people if we brought teenagers. The bathroom was also clean and had complete amenities. The service was excellent, and parking was easy. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The swimming pool was clean, but we didn't have time to swim because of our busy schedule. The gym was quite well-equipped, clean, and tidy. All the staff were friendly and helpful when asked and needed. Thank you to the staff of Grand Mercure Hotel Bandung Setiabudi. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The staff is friendly, the pool is warm, and the hotel is kid-friendly. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Olga's facilities are complete, the yard is spacious, the lobby is luxurious. However, when I was on the 10th floor, the smell was not very pleasant.

Good place to stay, the space is nice for my child to play and see the scenery.

the atmosphere is quite good, 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ⁵ the cheapest in Bandung I think, the staff are also friendly, the AC is cold, the wifi is okay, the TV is also okay, the only minus in my room... the bathroom floor is slippery especially when touched by the free soap.. it looks like a thin moss, in the room's brewing area.. there are only 2 teas with various kinds of sugar and creamer🤣🤣 there is no bajigur bandrek let alone coffee, there are only 2 sets of toothbrushes and 1 head cover.. it's so sad to see, even though it's not used, it's just for memories 🥹🥹, overall it's still okay, btw from the hotel's position the air should be fresh, but if we open the window it smells of burning garbage, after breakfast there are also those who open the window in the hallway, the smell of burning garbage also comes in,.. 2 days with air pollution huh😮‍💨😮‍💨 but my mattress type like👍🏼
