Pegawainya sih ramah, kamar juga nyaman tapi sebel banget, saya check in jam 9 malam ,check out jam 5 pagi. Nomor mobil katanya sudah di daftarkan, masa harus bayar lagi 55 ribu, ini hotel harganya gak murah lho, masa parkir harus bayar, pas di complain cuma minta maaf, telpon ke bagian parkir cuma bilang katanya tamu gak ada kamar, gak nyebutin nomor kamar, orang keluar udah ditagih 55 ribu gak bisa pakai flazz, harus cash, gak ada bonnya pula. Harusnya misalnya tanpa nyebutin nomor kamar dari sintem computer udah keliatan nomor mobil yang di daftar. Ini hotel termasuk besar lho, masa begitu. Saya nginep di hotel lain yang lebih kecil aja 3 hari gak ada bayar parkir sepeserpun keluar parkirpun gak di tanya kamar berapa. Sumpah kesel banget dan kcewa. Bukan soal uangnya tapi caranya, bikin kapok! Masalahnya saya sering banget nginep di hotel ini biasanya gak bawa mobil sendiri jadi gak tau kalo ternyata curang begini. Uang gak seberapa, bikin kecewa dan kapok.

Great staff, great room, great location. Everything was great! Lovely Staff Woman name Endri help us to ealy check in before 2PM, she even offer us connecting room. Thank you Ms. ENDRI. Room are so tidy and clean, Breakfast menu also so variation. We sure be glad to come back.
