Asked at the receptionist when checking in to ask for the best view, thank God we were given a room with a really nice view of the sea, mountains, and city, room 2815, on Sundays there is a car free day, the biggest downside is if you want to go food we have to be ready at the GF floor of the mall, you can't leave it with the security guard

luxury room full of marble, comfortable bed, cold AC, comfortable..
however:
the first day of check in, the lobby AC seemed to not be on, hot to the point of sweating, the next morning breakfast with minimal AC / not on (position on Friday, Saturday night)
the next day it was cold
oh be careful if you choose a room, the number of people if 2 must click add up to 2 people, if only 1 person 1 room, breakfast facilities are only provided for 1 person, and the second person must pay another 225 thousand
there is no other solution than paying 225 thousand for the second person, or buying your own food outside
soap in the room uses lifebuoy, usually hotels * 4/5 are not like that
breakfast food is just okay

Located in the city center, of course this 5-star hotel is the right choice when visiting Bandar Lampung..
In addition to being strategic, the highest hotel in Lampung offers a panoramic view that is so impressive, especially from inside the hotel room..
For breakfast, the menu is varied with many choices, so it's okay. Plus the service of each staff is also friendly..
So, staying here with the price given is quite paid and very satisfying. Especially the little one who was so happy when he got the chance to staycation here ππΌβ¨

The staff were all friendly
The blanket on the bed was dirty when we first arrived, but after calling HK they changed it, but it was still dirty, and it was changed again. Thank you to the HK staff that night ππ»

I stayed here for 2 days. The room was okay, the cleanliness was okay. But it is not recommended for breakfast. Because a lot of the food ran out, we got leftovers. At that time, many customers complained about why the food ran out and it was not refilled immediately. Waiting for a complaint request before refilling it. The kitchen should have been more professional. They knew it was a long weekend, why didn't they prepare it from the start. There weren't many food choices even though

overall it's good. friendly staff, delicious welcome drink, bar menu is also varied, facilities are very complete, only breakfast is horrible. I paid plus food but the food is bland, little variation of salad some are not fresh. sorry for the bad review but I really regret taking breakfast included.
