The reception staff was very friendly. The security guard at the front desk wasn't very informative. I had a hard time checking in with a lot of luggage. If I was checking in from parking lot P1, I should have just dropped my luggage off at the front gate. They would have brought it to the 5th floor or waited for me at the gate. The sweet and sour fish soup was delicious. The salad bar was fresh, but the dressing needs to be improved. The restaurant staff were very helpful. Oh, and I hope the receptionist reminds you. The hotel is enjoyable, we love the high ceiling and the ambience in room, the lobby, and hall way to the room. It is luxurious. The room is facing the sunrise. Very good. But we disapointed on the breakfast service, as if the dont well prepared. The variety is limited, the soto is cold (it should be hot), we had our breakfast at 8 am but the indomie was out.
