Booked a premium superior room with special request: mountain view, as explained by the nice receptionist on the phone. Too bad it was cloudy all day. Nevertheless, the room and the staff were super. Good job!

I'm staying because I need to charge my electric car in Jogja, and even though at first their security could find the card for the electric car charger. Grand mercure could provide it well. And when I woke up in the morning my car has fully charged and ready to going on a roadtrip again.

The hotel is located in front of one of the main roads, really accessible and noticeable. It has nice spacious lobby filled with Javanese culture touch is really catchy and memorable. In terms of the room, the superior twin-bed room is spacious enough for two people. In conclusion, it is and affordable and comfortable hotel which you might want to consider if you plan to visit Yogyakarta.

I stayed in a king size room with a balcony 4 hours 3 nights, it turned out that the twin mattresses were combined and the bed sheets and pillows smelled really bad but I asked to be replaced and it was okay, this hotel's toilet really needs attention because it smells really good, it's better to give it a fragrance, then the room with a balcony it turns out it's not recommended because the roadside is really noisy, especially when I bring my children", but the food and service was really good, and when I wanted to swim on the first day, it turned out that the pool was being treated so the pool was sent to another hotel by car.

Very disappointing in the class of a 5-star hotel with the name "Grand Mercure" just entered hotel room 874, it has been given facilities like this it deserves to be called a 5 star when hotel guests want to stay to rest but are faced with very inappropriate facilities, why did we check in? , we were not informed in advance, we immediately asked for a refund
