Our first stay at the Grand Orchid Yogyakarta was yesterday, September 25-26, 2025, with my husband for a vacation in Yogyakarta. Everything was highly recommended. From the moment we arrived, security was on hand to direct us to the parking area. The customer service was also excellent, friendly, greeting us with smiles and polite words. When we arrived, we happened to be on the 9th floor, specifically in room 906, located in the far right corner, so we had a view of the street in front of the hotel. The room was quite spacious and clean, both the bedroom and bathroom. The facilities were also quite good. The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, complete with a clean interior and outdoor area. Overall, for those of you who are looking for a recommended hotel in Yogyakarta, please try the Grand Orchid Yogyakarta. ๐๐ฅฐ
So... we will be staying at the Grand Orchid Yogyakarta again next time with my husband and family. ๐

The room is quite comfortable and spacious. However, the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. The bathroom is yellow. The mug is dirty and hasn't been washed. There's still a lot of hair on the linen. But overall, the HK staff's service is fast and they immediately replace it with new linen.
