I'm so sorry, the room doesn't match the photo.
There's no staff standing by in the front building, so asking questions is really complicated, having to go to the main lobby.
The parking flat has to be requested and it still costs money according to the hours. I was a bit surprised because usually parking is free for those staying overnight, but it turns out it still costs money, plus there's no receipt.
Please fix it, maybe I was just unlucky to get the room, the AC wasn't cold enough, it wasn't clean enough for a 4-star hotel, and maybe the receptionist at the front, whether she was still an intern or something, when I checked in was unfriendly and not detailed enough, even the parking had to be asked back and forth.
Maybe because they saw me on a motorbike, I was ignored 🤣

The toilet cleanliness is poor, many lights are not working, the telephone cable is loose, the staff are friendly but the coordination from the receptionist to housekeeping and engineering is very lacking, the process of requesting a hairdryer and fixing the loose telephone cable takes a long time to resolve, it is very unfortunate for an old building if it is not well maintained and the service is not agile, hopefully it can be better in the future :)
