Spacious room. Unique room for Japanese room type. Breakfast just so so. No place for breakfast but only pack delivered to your room. Overall satisfying to stay here. Very strategic location.

I was a little disappointed because the AC wasn't cold enough, the bathtub was peeling and looked neglected, the hot water didn't work, the drain was rusty, the sink wasn't clean enough, I only got one toothbrush, and the bathroom didn't seem to be well maintained or cleaned.
I often stay at the Grand Hotel, but this time I was very disappointed. Hopefully, it will be better in the future. Everything else is pretty good. Thanks...

It was a nice stay. The only problem is just the shower didn't work. But maybe because I just too lazy to wear my clothes again and ask the staff about it. Overall was a good experience. FYI, it's an old hotel.

No one prepares parking, the room is not clean, the blanket is a bit itchy, the bathroom has a lot of peeled bathtubs, and the curtain in the bathroom is a bit dirty. The best thing is only the location in the middle of the city, near the mall, public space.

Every time I go to Surabaya, I definitely stay here. The rooms are spacious, clean, complete facilities, strategic location and if you want to go to the station, mall, town square, you can walk. Basically, Grand Surabaya Hotel is the best.
