"This hotel has a very strategic location! Being close to Grand Indonesia Mall (GI) and Plaza Indonesia (PI), I had easy access to various facilities and entertainment in the city center. Furthermore, the hotel is also quite close to Thamrin City, so I could enjoy the bustling city atmosphere while still being comfortable.
The hotel's cleanliness is well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast served was also quite good. The hotel service was very friendly, with the staff always ready to help and answer my questions.
Overall, I was quite satisfied with this hotel and would recommend it to friends looking for a strategic and comfortable place to stay in Jakarta."

When i arrived already late like 1 am. N when i got in the room i can’t reach the wifi they gave n ten times i try like what operator said untill they come to help me but still cant work. N he said he will call service but there is nothing happen even I called he didnt answer. So lucky i decide to sleep instead of keep trying to call him🫤

The check-in time was too rigid with lots of incoming guests waiting idly in the small lobby for 2pm. The hotel should exercise some flexibility, especially for guests with children or senior citizens.
The buffet breakfast, though served in a meal box, was surprisingly good in terms of its quality and taste.

The location is really good, the best if i may say so, right in the middle of the shopping mall, so it’s easy to get to other shops. But there aren’t any facilities like iron, you have to go to the ground floor to iron (it’s behind the receptionist counter). And the free breakfast is just a meal box, which was a bit too heavy for me for a breakfast. Other than that, a pleasant stay nontheless.

It's right next to Grand Indonesia, just a short walk away. Just cross the street to PI. Thamcit is very close, just a Grab motorbike ride away.

The hotel is very close to SM GI. Just cross the street and you will reach GI, cross the street again and you will reach PI. Going to Thamcit, close by. Lots of culinary options. Comfortable rooms.

This hotel is nice. Although it looks cramped, the rooms are clean and fragrant. The hotel itself is also clean. It's top-notch in its class. The only problem is the breakfast. It's truly pathetic. It's just boxed rice that's no different from the ones sold by street vendors.

An unpleasant experience because check-in took a long time, it had to be at 2:30. I've often stayed at other hotels where they can check in at 2, and sometimes even before 2. Even more surprising was that breakfast was only a box of rice and a glass of mineral water. Moreover, check-out took 10 minutes even though I was in a hurry to catch a train. I was not satisfied with my stay here.
