This is the second time for a family vacation to stay at Grand Ussu. The first time before covid struck around 2019 during Eid. We stayed as a family. Overall like the service and hotel facilities. However, there are some points in our experience: (-) it's a shame that there are so many black ants in the room, out of nowhere, far from the tree even though. (-) the food tastes ordinary, the buffet is not as interesting and still tastes better 2 years ago, the menu ordered and delivered to the room with less variety.(-) the room phone was broken again so had to go through the front office.(-) WiFi was slow.(+) strategic location with tourist attractions (safari&cimory park)(+) location on the side of the road.(+) view nice, comfortable, beautiful.(+) rooms are not stuffy.(+) hotel staff are friendly.(+) there are free bicycle facilities.(+) get connecting room.
