The staff were nice, and helpful, the room was clean, the food was good especially nasgor kari, its located in the center of pekanbaru city, near an old mall so finding food its not a hard thing to do, unfortunately my times were short so i dont explore much, but i would do if i have another opportunity to pekanbaru
