OK overall. Only the new room has a dark dressing mirror. And the room looks cramped.

The atmosphere here is quite pleasant, as it's close to Malioboro, the center of Yogyakarta. The food is also quite good, not exceptional, but still quite good. However, management needs to pay attention to the in-room entertainment. The TVs in the rooms aren't smart, so entertainment is limited to the available channels. Regarding the bicycle rental facility, please prioritize customer trust. There's no need to require original ID cards to be retained when using a bicycle. This seems like treating these customers as untrustworthy. We've already checked into the hotel, our IDs have been copied, and we've paid a 250,000 IDR deposit. Why hold onto these documents? Is the hotel afraid of customers running off with such a small bike? Even more surprising, two days after my stay, I received two WhatsApp messages from the same management asking me to sign the previous bike rental form. According to the information, there were still unsigned documents. My question is, why bother customers with such trivial administrative tasks? Is this hotel supposed to be about service or administration? Finally, during my stay, I ordered GoFood and deliberately asked the GoFood driver to leave it in the lobby. When I picked it up, it turned out there was a typo in my room number on the food order. I don't know whether the driver or the hotel staff made the mistake. But what I regret is that the hotel staff was seen contacting the receptionist to confirm the order, but to no avail, and I was in a rush at the time. This again, in my opinion, is a TRUST issue. The hotel staff seems to distrust the guests. If it were a different room, it would be natural for the hotel staff to ask, but they should have simply confirmed the order receipt from the customer, as that is already strong enough evidence. This is indeed a simple issue, but it needs to be reviewed properly so that everyone feels valued and not suspected. It seems as if the staff doesn't trust the guests. This is a basic mindset that I think needs to be changed in the hotel staff.

i am a repeat customer for this hotel. i like the feeling of coming back Home every time I stay in this hotel. The room is clean, well lit and quite spacious. Breakfast can be improved. But overall experience is always nice.

The experience of staying at the Grand Zuri Hotel was truly enjoyable, the staff were friendly, the environment was comfortable, there were many places around the hotel area to find cheap and delicious food, the room was clean and fragrant, next time I go to Jogja I want to stay here again...

This is the second night we've changed rooms, but there are still problems: the toilet flush is so small it can't be used and the shower faucet is leaking. I only returned to the hotel at 10:30 PM. I wanted to rest right away, but I couldn't because I had to call maintenance for repairs, which took a long time. I asked to change rooms at 11 PM. After changing rooms again, it turned out there was another problem: the TV wouldn't connect at dawn. I had to call a technician, and he took a long time to fix it. He didn't fix it until 7 AM in the morning. He came again and fixed the TV after an hour. Very disappointed with the uncomfortable facilities. Even the compensation we received couldn't compensate for the comfort we had for two nights, because we asked for compensation, but it wasn't the hotel's initiative for its guests. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FACILITIES

Good, good price, near Malioboro.

This is just the room 👍 I stayed in two different hotels today, because the first one was uncomfortable, and the price was almost the same, but the first one was even more expensive, so moving to this hotel felt very comfortable. Even though check-in is at 6:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 PM, even with the full price, it was worth it.

Check-in/out was fast, the service was friendly and prompt. However, instead of being upgraded to a better room, we got a worse room. The floor was peeling and the TV was old. It was small for a 4-star hotel. Photos are attached. For a 4-star hotel, how could there be no chicken or meat? It's still inferior to a 3-star hotel.

If I go to Jogja, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, from check-in to checkout. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but they're clean and comfortable. The location is very strategic, walking distance to Malioboro, Tugu Monument, and the train station... The breakfast selection is quite varied and delicious.

The hotel staff greeted us and explained the menu in a friendly and courteous manner. The breakfast menu was suitable for Indonesian tastes, and the portions were ample.
