The hotel itself is really old but maintained well. The location is superb, you can just walk anywhere in the neighbourhood and loads of great places in the area. Hotel service (the hotel staff) are well trained, most of the are seniors, extremely helpful. PS: the hotel carpet smells and the shower is awful.

Ready staff for 24 hours when I came to the hotel at 2.00 am and very easy and fast check in process. All staffs are humble and friendly with smile and greeting. Fast response for any request. Tasty breakfast 😋

This hotel is perfect for quick getaway. I know the hotel a bit old especially the carpets, but their services are very good. Their staffs are super friendly and helpful. I met Mr. Omelette on breakfast, the omelette chef is so friendly with his pure smile greetings us. Thanks for the nice omelette. Their variants on breakfast are wow I love them all😆 they also have shuffle car to the mall.

It's beyond my expectations. I don't expect to get that kind of great quality and experience for the price so reasonable. It's a nice hotel to bring your kids. Didn't know why the hotel get 8,4 rating. But for me it's 9/10 rating!

Need a place to rest for a while because there are events in Jakarta during the day and night, so in the afternoon you can relax, take a shower and pray. Okay, the hotel is clean, there are many families staying there too.

I ordered a deluxe room with a king bed. It turned out that the mattress was a combination of single beds made into 1, so that in the middle of the mattress there was a slit. The sheets, bedcover smelled musty and dull. The pillows were not soft, they seemed like old pillows that were more than 10 years old.
