The hotel itself is really old but maintained well. The location is superb, you can just walk anywhere in the neighbourhood and loads of great places in the area. Hotel service (the hotel staff) are well trained, most of the are seniors, extremely helpful. PS: the hotel carpet smells and the shower is awful.

Ready staff for 24 hours when I came to the hotel at 2.00 am and very easy and fast check in process. All staffs are humble and friendly with smile and greeting. Fast response for any request. Tasty breakfast 😋

This hotel is perfect for quick getaway. I know the hotel a bit old especially the carpets, but their services are very good. Their staffs are super friendly and helpful. I met Mr. Omelette on breakfast, the omelette chef is so friendly with his pure smile greetings us. Thanks for the nice omelette. Their variants on breakfast are wow I love them all😆 they also have shuffle car to the mall.

I enjoyed staying here, but unfortunately, there were no amenities like towels at the swimming pool. And the shower in the changing room seemed neglected. It was dark and stuffy. The water in the children's pool was murky and dirty. It's a shame. Please pay attention. Thank you.

Been here a dozen years ago because I was invited by a friend, now intentionally staying. At the front desk, they immediately shot me "only smoking room available, there's 1 left, no more available even twin beds"
When I entered the 3rd floor, the lobby smelled really bad of cigarettes, when I entered the room it was even worse. I was covered in smoke.. You know what a room that is often used for smoking will be like, and then I have to sleep huhu
The water heater works perfectly, the kettle is broken and can't be used, there is a mini bar that also works but it's just basic.
Breakfast is on the 1st floor next to the pool, all the menus are delicious! Shredded chicken is my favorite 😍

the room is spacious (I stayed in a grand deluxe room), compared to other hotels this type is much more spacious, very satisfied even though the building is old but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom is okay, the service is very friendly and very fast response 👍
breakfast is very good because there are many choices and all the food I tried here for breakfast is delicious, especially the pastries are the best 😍
the swimming pool has clean water but unfortunately there are many leaves that fall into the pool and it is rare to see anyone cleaning it, but overall I am happy to stay here for 5 days

The sheets used were too brown and the pillows were full of stains, the glasses were not clean, the towels were already brown, there were no towel mats... the hallway lights were off until 3 if asked for, they would be replaced. There was no place to put shower body and shampoo in the shower area
