Service in the restaurant during breakfast at full occupancy was inadequate, with food and cutlery refills delayed, and cleaning in the dining area was slow. The elevator floor was often wet due to guests getting on and off the pool and going to their rooms; the elevator floor was not cleaned or dried regularly. The room was comfortable, but not soundproof. People talking in the hallway or in the room could still be heard.

Upon arrival, it was very crowded. The elevator was a bit wet because people who had been swimming with wet clothes and feet were returning to their rooms, but no one was standing by to dry the elevator floor until I informed the lobby staff at check-out. There were no hotel slippers in the room, and the towels were due for renewal, which is a good idea. And it seemed there was no refrigerator in the room we chose.

The location is through a narrow road due to road closures in Batutulis. The staff service was quite good. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. The room comfort was quite disturbing because it wasn't soundproof, and noise from the corridor and floors above could be heard. The towels provided were a bit smelly and damp. For hundreds of rooms, the elevators were insufficient. The elevator lobby on the first floor had a long queue of people waiting to board. The pool water was quite stinging on the eyes.

The hotel's location is a bit off the main road/toll road, but it's still comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. Management needs to improve on the long waits for the elevator, which ultimately led to the need to use the emergency stairs to and from the fifth floor.

When I first arrived, the hotel was incredibly quiet. It turns out it was actually really busy at night, due to the long weekend. So far, so good, the price is affordable, less than 500,000 Rupiah, including breakfast. The atmosphere is peaceful.

Perhaps it's worth considering just the restaurant service, as it's open quite late. Breakfast for children is strictly limited to a maximum age of 6. In most hotels, children are free for breakfast, but not 12 years old. Everything else was very enjoyable, thank you, Green Forest.

The check-in process took over 30 minutes because the data was checked manually. Amenities were missing from the room, so we had to ask for them. The water gallons in the hallway were all empty. The pool water was cloudy. The TV's Wi-Fi signal was spotty, with no program options, and local TV was impossible to watch. The room's desk and TV area were dusty, and the sheets looked worn. The food was lacking in variety, but that's understandable for the price. The staff were friendly and handled complaints quickly. However, it seems like I only stayed once and wouldn't be interested in coming back.

As for the room, the mattress was soft, okay. But the amenities were not so good, not up to hotel standards. My room couldn't even be locked, so I was anxious every time I went to bed. Then the WiFi was completely dead, so how could I use the smart TV? Then the food was not so good, there wasn't much variety and the taste was also less than standard. The bread was dry, the milk was very runny because it was mixed with ice cubes, the infused water used lemon that was not suitable, it was already black. I think many of the staff were still interns, I wanted a fried egg but the staff flatly refused it. Ugh, what a mess. Then the pool was okay although a bit shabby. Overall, for a 4-star hotel, I really don't recommend it.

This hotel is located quite far from the center of Bogor. Yesterday, we passed Rancamaya at the Ciawi toll exit. The road is quite steep, so be careful for novice drivers as it's quite uphill and winding. The hotel service was quite satisfactory. Breakfast, which included fried rice, soy sauce chicken, and other dishes, was quite tasty. Cereal and milk were also available. Hopefully, the food variety could be expanded.
