POSITIVE: Quiet place away from the crowds, close to Jogokaryan Mosque, friendly staff, tea, coffee, sugar, and gallon water in the room, towels, and a kettle. Suitable for families. Pantry provided. NEGATIVE: 1. No soap, toothpaste, shampoo, or tissue provided. The toilet flush was broken, so you had to use a ladle to flush it manually. There was no hot water for a shower (the staff said it was broken). There were scallops in the bathroom and the curtains. 2. Lack of communication between the homestay owner and staff (when booking via Traveloka, the arrival time was stated as a late check-in), but the staff wasn't informed by the owner. So the staff was confused when looking for my phone (they said they wanted to call me, because I hadn't checked in by the check-in time). 3. They told us to check out quickly. It was 8:30 a.m. We wanted to go out for souvenirs, but the staff told us to leave immediately. You can leave your belongings and pick them up at check-out at 12:30. The reason they asked you to vacate the room was because it would be cleaned soon. #Room 101 - probably never rented/used. Oh my God Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

Alhamdulillah, the guest house is clean, the service is friendly, there is a back door access that is closer to the Jogokaryan mosque.,. There is a shared kitchen for cooking or making coffee. Great,. And the owner, Mr. Putut and Mrs. Ani. Very friendly., may they be blessed even more. Aamiin

Very clean and comfortable. Easy to go anywhere because of the strategic location. The staff is very friendly and kind. Will definitely stay here again if I go to Jogja again! 😍

There is a price for quality, but staying at Griya Putri is quite comfortable with a fairly affordable rental price. The owner is kind and very understanding to help reschedule as well as the staff are extraordinarily kind, friendly and very helpful.

Cleanliness is maintained and the hospitality of Ms and her husband is very friendly and feels like they are at home.

Staffs are friendly & helpful, I highly recommend to stay here. Overall very clean and homey. But there 's no amenities, flush toilet not working, and bidet can be cleaner.

The owner said, Mb, this is not a 3 star hotel, 1 star accommodation, the prices are also 1 star, the facilities are also 1-1 star. Not recommended. I won't come back here again. Minuses: 1. There are rats on the roof. 2. Ordered 3 rooms but were given not close together. 3. The TV is off in room 14.4. Parking for a maximum of 2 cars is a bit difficult because it is narrow. 5. Can't get soap/shampoo/toothpaste. 6. The owner is annoyed when he comes. 7. In the same class as 1 star accommodation, the price for an extra bed is 100 thousand per bed. And that's a bed measuring 100×200 m. Plus: 1. The person who looks after the good accommodation is different from the owner. 2. Near the Jogokariyan mosque. 3. The hot water is on and you can drink it in the living room which you can fill yourself.

Tempatnya bersih, i Kamar Ac, Ada Air hangatnya. Bpnya ramah, seperti di rumah sendiri. Next time klu ke jogja pengen di situ lagi.

Kata kakak saya yang menginap di sini nyaman, owner ramah sekali, hanya sayang pesen 3 kamar cuma ditempati 2 kamar karena yang 1 jauh di belakang jadi pada gak mau pisah, selebihnya oke.

Suka sama homestay nya berasa di rumah sendiri, ibu Bapak dan staff, pemiliknya ramah banget, next akan nginap di sana lagi, sehat-sehat ibu Bapak☺😊 kemana-mana juga dekat, alkid dan masih sekitaran kota Jogja.
